As your requirement is unique, we like to work with you and come up with the coverage and price that takes your priorities and budget into consideration. However, we also understand that it helps to have some sort of idea of the cost that could be involved. So, here are some examples of costings for Photography and for Videography and what they include:
What does it include?
A pre-event phone call to discuss your requirements, such as photo ideas, selection and timings.
An unlimited number of images taken at the event.
A set of high resolution, digital images, individually colour corrected for your unlimited use (we retain the right to use any images for our own marketing).
All images will be available to you 1 week after your event by electronic transfer.
What extra options do I offer?
Half day coverage or an hourly rate with travel.
Backup service to hold your files for a year.
Extra fast turn around time for your images.
Reduced daily rate, for multiple consecutive days.

Video – £750 day rate (includes editing)
We offer a unique videography service that captures all the key moments of your event in the form of short video clips. These are then edited to a sound track and result in a short video, depending on your particular preference. Some people like the idea of a ‘highlights’ video that is packed with detail; punchy and quick to watch. Others want more of an accurate record of the day, including some of the presentations, resulting in a longer, documentary style film.
I am a qualified drone pilot, so I can also include magnificent, aerial footage that adds another dimension to your video (we always check in advance if drones are allowed to be used). I have an amazing assistant videographer who can come along to add even more dynamic angles to the final production if required.
Whichever style you choose, our aim is to set the scene using location and set up clips, followed by the main content. If we are staying overnight, sometimes some night time laps makes for a great close.
What does it include?
A pre event phone call or meeting to discuss the brief, planning and soundtrack to be used. Music must be copyright free or music you have purchased.
Videography of the event and editing of footage to a sound track to produce a 2-3 minute video.
What extra options do I offer?
A second videographer.
Extra hours coverage to extend the normal day, for example, to arrive early, to capture surrounding location footage, etc. Evening coverage for an awards dinner can also be arranged.
